Izumi Japanese Steakhouse: Experience the Essence of Authentic Japanese Cuisine

Had reservations for a Thursday evening, and it was very busy, so I am glad we had them. We had hibachi and it was pretty standard performance, fun chefs and loud groups, but that is to be expected. Food was good quality and everything was very clean. It was a bit cold and drafty inside which is probably by design as it probably gets hot from all the grills. But food was solid, even the sushi was quality and beautifully presented.

I had a fantastic experience with an entertaining host! Our table of nine was well taken care of, with timely service for our orders and appetizers. The chef cooked our hibachi meals right in front of us, showcasing his skills while keeping us engaged and laughing. The steak, salmon, shrimp, and vegetables were cooked entirely to our liking. Overall, it was a unique and enjoyable culinary experience.

Took a while to get seated but once seated it was a great experience. Had an awesome time with the family are hibachi chef was amazing interacted well with everybody in the group as well as the kiddos. He made sure it was a great night out with the family. Our service outside of that was good are waitress insured we had drinks at all times. Thank you for a great evening

Wonderful evening celebrating a one year cancer free anniversary for my daughter. Food was excellent and tasty, and abundant! We did not get the name of our talented cook, but he was fun and entertaining. Our server Robert was attentive and. Made sure we had everything we needed. The hostess Khloe was so sweet. I have to mention her too! We had a wonderful time and really made memories! A great place to celebrate something special or just to have fabulous food!

We had a big company party. 45 people... it was a little crowded but overall great. They didn't want to seat us until the entire party was there, which was hard to understand as there were 45 people... they seated us at a little over half which was nice. It did take a little arranging but we figured it out and everything was great. They had one server and a trainee fue the party which was an interesting choice but he did great.

This was our second time here and loved it. Food is fresh and the Chefs are very entertaining.

Lunch specials are amazing! Great presentation of their food and very delicious. Service could be a little better, but overall the experience was memorable. Only suggestion I'd like to offer is the music. I think instrumenttal Asian music would make for a better atmosphere than the rock station you had on.

I have not been to a hibachi restaurant in about 15 years and my boyfriend has never been to one. I took him for his birthday, and it was a great time overall. I would recommend reservations, because even on a Sunday after 7:00 it got really packed. We had a party of 8 sit down with us. We both had a cocktail, which were good, and the presentation and the chefs were very entertaining and talented. They always serve you a tremendous amount of food, so we went home with leftovers. They were super respectful and accommodated my scallop allergy, and cooked my food before they put any scallops on the grill. I've never had issues at a hibachi before, but it's still really nice to see. My boyfriend got the shrimp and steak, and I got the salmon. Our food was great, and he said it was the best fried rice he's ever had. Overall it was a great experience, and I will definitely go back.
